DMCA and Takedown Policy

DAMITV respects the intellectual property rights of others. DAMITV does not host, upload or store any video content. All streams are provided by third-party websites and are embedded or linked from their original locations. We do not control those sources.

Submitting a notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent and believe a link on DAMITV infringes your rights, send a notice through our contact page with:

1. The exact DAMITV URL(s) where the link appears.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
3. Your name, organisation and a way to contact you.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law, and that the information in the notice is accurate.

What happens next

Valid notices are acted on within 48 hours. The link is removed from DAMITV. Because the video itself is hosted elsewhere, you should also contact the hosting source directly to have the content taken down at its origin.
